SPIRIT SOUL RADIO RECORD SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs the submission of musical recordings (“Recordings”) to Spirit Soul Radio for potential broadcast and promotional use. By submitting your Recording, you represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of all rights, or have obtained all necessary permissions from rights holders (including mechanical, performing, and master rights).

1. License Grant: You grant Spirit Soul Radio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to broadcast, stream, and perform the Recording on its digital platforms.

2. Warranties: You verify that the Recording does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Spirit Soul Radio against any claims arising from a breach of these warranties. By checking the box below, you acknowledge full legal responsibility for this submission.

4. Acceptance: Submission does not guarantee airplay. All selections are at the sole discretion of the station management. All MP3 files must be MP3 320 kbps for quality standards.

5. ASCAP/BMI Membership
The Artist confirms that they are a member of ASCAP/BMI (or equivalent performing rights organization) and agrees to provide proof of membership upon request. This ensures proper tracking and payment of any performance royalties generated by the airplay of the submitted music.

6. Rights and Ownership
The Artist affirms that they hold all necessary rights to the submitted music, including but not limited to copyright ownership, required permissions for samples, and compliance with all laws.

7. Promotion and Marketing
The Artist grants Spirit Soul Radio the right to promote the music through on-air promotions, social media, and website features. The Artist agrees to actively promote their music during the rotation period.
